Our Story

Formed in March 2021, Applied Abilities was created to provide high-quality support, that enables people with Disabilities to participate within the workforce and the wider community.

​

We believe in focusing on our participants' strengths and abilities to help them achieve their goals.

 

We believe that every person has the right to apply their abilities in the workplace!

 

It is the NDIS goal to have 30% of work-aged NDIS participants into employment by June 2023. We are here to fulfill this need, whilst still providing a person-centered approach! Our specialties lie in working with our participants to build their soft and hard skills, in order to find and maintain work.

  • Provide a individualized and tailored support to SLES

  • Assist the NDIS in placing 30% of working aged participants into meaningful employment by June 2023

  • Increase communication / connectivity and socialization for our PWD, through providing engaging and fun group activities
